To find your size, measure the circumference of your head with a flexible tape measure, placing it about 2 cm above your eyebrows and ears. Then compare your measurement with our size chart and choose the size where your measurement falls in the correct range.

Helmet lifespan depends on intensity of use, exposure to elements, and any impacts. As a general guideline, replace your helmet after a significant impact or after around 5 years of regular use, even if there is no visible damage.
