1. Returns Eligibility

Customers have the right to request a return within 28 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 28 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Custom-Made & Personalized Helmets

Helmets that are custom-made, personalized, or produced to customer specifications cannot be returned for change of mind.

These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or worn

  • The item is damaged due to misuse

  • The item is returned without original packaging

  • The return request is made after 28 days


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at:

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
